Infant Staff
We are looking for full-time staff to join our infant team at All God's Children Learning Center. We are looking for Aide, Assistant Teachers, or Teachers interested in working with infants ages 6 weeks - 16 months. In this role you will work alongside other staff in the infant classrooms to provide a warm and nurturing environment. All infant staff assist in providing learning opportunities to support the children's development through fun, play-based activities. You will be responsible for maintaining effective supervision of the children, maintaining positive communication with families, and assisting other classroom staff as needed.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help facilitate classroom activities and assist in planning/assessments.

Help implement curriculum for enrolled infants.

Communicate with parents and caregivers to ensure children's needs are met.

Help maintain an entertaining and cooperative classroom that is clean and organized.

Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Must have the experience and education required by DHS to be considered Assistant or Teacher qualified if applying for those roles

Has some prior experience in the care of young children.

Is able to perform the physical functions of the position; including communication, visual supervision, and lifting at least 25 pounds.

All God's Children Learning Center (AGCLC) is an extension of the ministry of Valley of Peace Lutheran Church in offering families a loving, caring environment in which their children can grow, learn, pray and worship, a place where all God's children are welcome. AGCLC is a non-profit child care center and welcomes children from ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We are currently in search of the center Director position that is experienced in and passionate for early childhood education in our connected, loving community.
